1. GENERAL POLICY

IMB Wealth Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mentorship programs, consulting services, digital products, and access to a paid online community. By purchasing any product, service, or subscription from us, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed below.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, the intellectual property provided, and immediate access granted upon purchase:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

This applies to:

  • Mentorship Programs

  • Digital Products

  • Consulting Calls

  • The Online Community Membership

  • Any Bundled or Packaged Services

Once purchased, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refund requests will be honored.

3. MENTORSHIP PROGRAM POLICY

By enrolling in any mentorship program, you acknowledge that:

  • You are paying for access, education, guidance, and training — not guaranteed results.

  • You must complete all assignments, action steps, and requirements to experience full value.

  • Access to materials may have expiration dates depending on the program purchased.

  • No refunds are provided for missed calls, lack of participation, or failure to use the program.

We reserve the right to remove participants for violating community guidelines, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

4. CONSULTING CALL POLICY

All consulting calls must be booked through the official scheduling system.

  • Missed or late appointments will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Rescheduling requires minimum 24-hour notice.

  • Calls may not be recorded or redistributed without permission.

All consulting calls are considered delivered services and are non-refundable.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Digital products include (but are not limited to):

  • Ebooks

  • Templates

  • Courses

  • Downloads

  • Guides

  • Digital files or tools

Once digital access is delivered, you may not:

  • Request a refund

  • File a chargeback

  • Sell, share, or distribute the materials

You receive personal-use only access unless otherwise stated.

6. ONLINE COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP (MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION)

Your monthly subscription includes:

  • Access to community discussions

  • Live trainings (as applicable)

  • Exclusive resources

  • Monthly or weekly content

By joining the community:

  • You authorize recurring monthly payments

  • You may cancel at any time, but cancellations only apply to future billing

  • No refunds will be issued for previous monthly charges

  • If removed for misconduct, no refunds will be issued

Membership access ends immediately upon cancellation or failed payment.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee:

  • Credit score increases

  • Business funding approvals

  • Income growth

  • Financial outcomes

Your success depends on your personal effort, consistency, and application of strategies provided.

8. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Filing a chargeback for services or products that were delivered is considered fraud.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation to dispute chargebacks

  • Remove your access to all programs and communities

  • Pursue legal action if needed

By purchasing, you agree not to file chargebacks for any reason.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, videos, guides, templates, and trainings are the intellectual property of IMB Wealth Academy.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Sell

  • Distribute

  • Share access

Violation may result in removal and legal action.
